This 8000-seat auditorium is built in the prime part of Luanda, Angola, as an open-sided structure with all ancillary facilities. It is designed as a center for regular community conferences. There are extensive ablutions, caretakers’ offices, and storage buildings. The stormwater, sewer reticulation and sewer processing facilities and all other civil, infrastructure and structural designs for the entire complex were designed by MRH Consulting Engineers.
